• Discounted rates are available for groups of twenty or more.
• Reservations must be confirmed one week prior to the ski date.
• All group forms and reservations made within one week of ski date will be charged full price.
• All incoming reservations will require a credit card to hold them, and the card will be charged for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the ski date as well as for no shows.
No, the group leader needs to pay with one form of payment.
Fort Collins & Colorado Front Range:
Take I-25 North to Fort Collins. Once in Fort Collins, take 287 North to Laramie. Jump on I-80 West. Take exit 311, go West through West Laramie through 2 traffic lights, watch for Snowy Range Laundry and the Shell Station on the right and then veer to the right on Wyo 130. Look for a brown sign with an arrow for Snowy Range Ski Area or green highway sign that says Centennial with an arrow.
Cheyenne, Nebraska, Kansas and Points East:
Take I-80 West to Laramie, Wyoming. Meet your Snowy Range group coordinator inside the main lodge at the information desk at the scheduled time for your arrival, and your coordinator will show you where to meet for rentals, lessons and tickets.
We can do an evening check-in the day before your arrival day on the slopes, or an 8:00 am rental fitting.
We recommend an 8 am arrival, to allow time to be fitted for equipment.
Reservations must be confirmed one week prior to the ski date. All guests need to have their rental reservations in 3 days prior to arrival.
We accept one form of payment for the entire group order. Payment methods include Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and old fashioned Cash.
