Q: How do I get my pass?
A: On the first day that you ski or ride, you will need to stop by our Season Pass Office, located downstairs inside the lodge, across from the Coffee Bar. NOTE* You will have to have your picture taken and you will need to sign a waiver. If you are under 18 you will need a parents or guardians signature.
Q: Do I need to get a new photo, or can I use last years Photo?
A: Yes. You can use last years photo if you like, or we can take a new picture for you. If this is your first Season Pass with us, we will need to take your photo when you come to pick up your pass.
Q: When do you plan to open?
A: For the 2013 – 2014 Season we plan to open December 1st, 2013. Weather Permitting. Please follow us on Twitter or on Facebook for up-to-date information.
Q: Are there Blackout dates on my Season Pass?
A: No! Come up and Ski or Ride everyday this Winter, we will be glad to see you!
Q: Do I need to pick up my Snowy Range Season Pass before I go to Steamboat to use my 5-Pack tickets?
A: Yes. You will need your Snowy Range Season Pass, and a Receipt from us proving that you are a Snowy Range Pass Holder.
